築４４年の中古物件をフルリノベーションしました。水廻りの位置をかえつつ設備も一新。
コンパクトなお家ですが、収納が充実しています。
外壁や玄関ドア、キッチンカウンターなどに水色を取り入れられていて、それぞれの場所のアクセントになっています。
スケルトン階段を設置した事で、玄関ホールも広く感じられると共に、お洒落な印象になりました。
リビングにはテレビを壁掛けにすることが出来る壁を設置し、壁の裏側にはテレビ周りをスッキリ片付けられるよう収納棚をつけました。
